With the real estate group Portal Menorca, we have been offering you a quality annual publication for the past seven years so as to present the news of the sector in Menorca. With the spring coming, and after several months of work, here is the new edition of the magazine: we have selected for you the best houses with sea view, unique villas to invest in tourist rentals, incredible country houses for sale in Menorca, as well as charming townhouses.

Despite the difficult situation we have experienced over the past year, we would like to send an optimistic message: little by little, everything will be better. So here is a little bit of Menorca so that you can rediscover the prettiest corners of the island and so that you can enjoy the great stories that you will find in the lifestyle articles. Last year, we incorporated a QR code into each property and this element has been maintained so that all information regarding the featured properties can be easily accessed.

Obviously, you know better than anyone that the 2020 lockdown shut down our plans, so can you imagine if that would have happened to you while buying your new home? Alex and Luise had to face it and in the article “Against all odds”, they told us about the difficulties they encountered in achieving their dream of coming to live in Menorca.

A similar experience has happened to other of our clients who, after enjoying Menorca for ten years on their vacation, bought a plot of land to build a house on the island.
