What’s up in Menorcan real estate market?

In 2015, Portal Menorca real estate group jumped in with both feet and published its first magazine. Since then, every year we have been presenting you with the latest information about the sector, the best villas with sea view, magnificent townhouses for sale and still the best selection of building lands for sale on the island. Since that time, we have noticed a positive trend in the sales of properties, both in investments and in principal residences. Despite 2020’s health crisis, we hope that this good trend as well as the market balance will continue.

As a novelty, this year each property is accompanied by a QR code that will lead you to a complete file. This will allow you to easily get to all the information about each of them. In the “Lifestyle” articles of this edition, we talk about decoration, renovation, investments and preservation of the environment. Here is a small summary of each of them:
